Episode 66- Shawn Myszka, Movement Training and the 3 B’s of Movement

SM MMIn today's episode of The Podcast we have The Movement Miyagi himself Shawn Myszka on to discuss how he evaluates his athlete's and looks at movement in competition to help improve their performance. We start out looking at how he handles his athlete's in season. We then touch upon what common sports problems are, how to define them, and how we can get better at looking at them. Next he gets into the 3 B's of movement, and finish out with how he's handling his pro guys now.
