In today’s edition of The Podcast University of Florida’s Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning Matt DeLancey joins us to discuss training and culture join us. Matt starts out by discussing what’s truly important to developing the culture not just within the individual team but with the athlete and the staff as a whole. He then shares how he assesses his athlete’s, and how that leads into program development, what drives his exercise selection, and what he see’s as important when evaluating what we do as our role within the team.
