Consistently looking to educate ourselves better to provide better for these kids, but there’s a problem. Right? And that problem, when you’re talking about these fall sports teams is that all to often they train in the spring and they leave for the summer.”

In today’s My Thoughts Monday I discuss some issues with the preparation plans for teams that come in after breaks. This problem was based on a conversation with a coworker where we were going through when injuries seem to occur, and have started to make some assumptions about what could be contributing factors to this. The main conclusion to that conversation though is that we need to find a better way to make sure that they’re prepared with they’re not here, if that’s even possible.
